This Billing & Payments Policy (“Policy”) explains how SNS Research & Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, doing business as SNS Labs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), handles billing, payments, and refunds for the Relearn AI service (“Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to this Policy in addition to our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy].
1. Subscription Plans & Fees
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Available plans, features, and pricing are described on our website or within the Service.

2. Billing Cycle

We use Stripe to process payments. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.
You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information. Failure to maintain valid payment details may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Taxes
Fees are exclusive of all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
You are responsible for paying any such taxes applicable to your subscription (excluding taxes on our income).
5. Cancellations & Terminations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until that time.
We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
6. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in this Policy.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or service interruptions caused by us.
7. Failed Payments & Account Suspension
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry your payment method.
If payment remains unsuccessful after retries, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is resolved.
8. Free Trials & Promotions
We may offer free trials or promotional discounts at our discretion.
At the end of a trial period, unless canceled, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the applicable fees will be charged to your payment method.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Billing & Payments Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or within the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
